Shipping Information

Shipping is a flat $6! That’s right! Only $6! Oversized items, such as bedding or crates, may incur an additional shipping fee. Special shipping prices will be noted on those items.

This flat rate fee applies to orders shipped within the continental United States via standard ground shipping. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee. Please contact me for more information.

For the time being, I cannot ship outside the continental United States without an increased shipping cost. Please email me with your country for rates.

Most orders ship within 2-3 days. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and an estimated delivery time will be indicated. Occasionally, these orders may arrive in separate boxes. I make every effort to have items in stock here, so I can pass those savings along to my customers.

If multiple items are ordered and one or more items are on backorder, we will ship all in-stock items immediately and ship any backordered items later at no additional cost to you.

Most orders can be tracked by using a tracking number indicated on your order confirmation email. If a tracking number has been omitted, please contact me and I’ll provide you with that information.


Local customers in Cape Girardeau and Jackson, Missouri: enjoy NO shipping charges and entirely FREE delivery! It's our way of saying thanks for buying locally and, in turn, giving back to the community! Use the PayPal checkout as usual; shipping charges will be refunded back to your account after confirmation of your local address. If you prefer, call our customer service phone number and place your order over the phone!

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Busch Pet Products is happy to accept returns or exchanges on most of my items, within 15 days of purchase. Please call me at 1-573-335-4076 or email me at customerservice@buschpetproducts.com to arrange a return or exchange.

I am sorry, but I cannot accept returns or exchanges on beds, pads, treats, carriers or any customized or personalized items.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please call or email me and I will correct the problem. All items must be returned in unused and original condition (i.e. in its original packaging).

Busch Pet Products offers one free exchange per item, excluding the return shipping fees. Any additional exchanges will include a 20% restocking fee plus the additional shipping charge. Shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable. I do recommend that you insure any items you are returning through the United State Postal Service. FedEx and UPS will automatically provide a certain level of insurance on all shipments through their companies.

Payment Options

At this time, Busch Pet Products only accepts PayPal. Payments can be made from an existing PayPal account or linked bank account or you can charge it to your credit card without an existing PayPal account. PayPal is safe and reliable. You can send money without anyone seeing your financial details like credit card or bank account numbers. It will also keep track of all your transactions. Please go to www.paypal.com for more information.

A receipt will be included with your shipment and we will email one to the email address you provided when you checked out.

Sales Tax

Busch Pet Products is required to collect 8% sales tax for all orders that ship to customers in Missouri.
